Friendly competence and effeciency
By far the worst vets i have had to deal with in all my life time of having pets, it is beyond me as to why he does this job because he does not have the passion, love for the animals his attitude definitely needs to be worked on and needs to try and use a little bit of empathy in his work when dealing with pets and there owners.And needs to try to put pets before profit.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET AVOID
When visiting family in the area I found that I had not brought my syringe with me that I needed in order to give my dog, Rocky his medication. I phoned Best Friends to ask if they could help. Andrea was very helpful and checked Rockys weight and contacted our local vets in Newbury before giving us a syringe and advising on the doseage. I found Bedt Friends and Andrea very helpful at short notice. Thank you.
They know my dog really well and always take great care, results and plans are made quickly and I trust Robert completely. I would not wish to go anywhere else.
I went to this vets as it is nearest just moving to the area . I saw a vet by walking in l have been there twice never been anyone there only receptionist , l saved if a vet was available or do l book the vet saw me straight away. I was in there 8 minutes, l was given 6 tablets and a bottle of coatex Shampoo l was to the reception to pay 67 , l got home and looked at the bill charge for consultation 25 ,for 6 Tablets 12 for Shampoo 30 ! I was annoyed as l went on line to look at the price cheapest with posting was 15 .I EMAILED THEM AND THE ANSWER WAS THEY HAD OVERCHARGED BY 6.I WAS TO BRING MY CARD IN FOR REFUND OR IT COULDN'T GO OFF MY NEXT VISIT. I said l would like a refund as l am going to buy online as l am a pensioner they said they could not for health and safety reasons, Ltd is Trade and Standards they should be thinking about . I would not normally bother but they had Shampoo in foyer for 7 lf you use this vets check your bill l will not be using them again
