I had to chase every response I ever received right from the beginning which wasnt great. I still booked someone onto a training course several months in advance and we ended up being given less than 2 working days notice that it was to be cancelled due to lack of interest. I made a phone call and sent 3 e mails in the previous 2 weeks and didnt even get the courtesy of a response. It caused a huge amount of inconvenience which was barely acknowledged. I wouldnt consider using them again or recommend them to anyone else.
