Keep to schedule times as running late without informing patients isnt good as could have appointments else where. Im sure theres set times for different treatments and not over book appointment. If dentist is running late then inform patients so that they can rebook if they choose to. Not good service will be looking g for another dentist
Fantastic service as usual, polite, helpful and as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist can be! The dentist I saw was meticulous and most helpful with advice after treatment, and reception couldnt do enough for me, in accomodating my busy work schedule. I can't understand the negative reviews..clearly those people are leaving out certain details, then playing the blame game!... Thank you to all the staff I've dealt with, 5* once again.
