Excellent customer care. Had to go here when engine light came on, halfway driving to Newcastle. They performed the diagnostic test and did a thorough job at looking what the problem was. Unfortunately, it being late Saturday morning, they did not have time to order the bits and repair my car. As they could not fix it, they did not charge me a penny, despite working on it for three hours. I was especially surprised as they knew I would not be returning as they are not local to me. My car issue was with the turbo, so they gave good advice so that I could reach my destination and try to look for a garage up north. They even told me how much it should cost to fix, so as not to get overcharged by the next garage. I was very happy with these guys and am glad I stopped here

Excellent customer service from dropping my car off and collecting it. Due to having a bad back they even drove me home and picked me up, excellent guys and very pleasant. Car had full service, MOT, new front & rear brake pads and communication throughout was brilliant. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future. Special thanks to Owen x
I had my MOT and service on an Audi A2 carried out for the third year in a row. I received the usual, friendly, professional and honest service from Nick, Owen, Fran, Bob and the young lad (didnt get his name). So nice to have a local garage that you can trust which only carries out work that is necessary. Plus a complimentary lift to and from the garage. You cant beat it!
