I had spent some time looking for a particular Range Rover and came across some very difficult sales techniques on the way including hard sales, which put me off as I didn't feel comfortable with the information I was receiving from reps, However I noticed Clarks premier family car Centre in Yaxley and decided to make an appointment and go and have a look, from the first conversation on the phone the friendly Customer Service provided was superb and was good honest and reliable, I went to see the vehicle with my wife and we were given the keys and allowed to take as long as we needed, this was followed by a test drive and then again left to discuss our findings without interruption. we decided to go ahead with the purchase and was then given an excellent professional in-depth discussion about the vehicle and also it history. My wife saw a car there and we were showing an interest, the Rep asked her what mileage etc she done and he told her Not to buy it.Genuine Company / friendly Thanks for everything

We purchased our Supercharged Range Rover from Clarks nearly 6 months ago. Clarks were extremely helpful and friendly and have an awful amount of knowledge with Land Rovers. We were given plenty of time to view and test drive the vehicle with no pressure. We were able to negotiate a deal and drive away same day as car was prepared in advance. Recently bought an X5 from Clarks Premier. Very welcoming, left to look at the car and took it on a test drive with Hayley. Car had all the paperwork/receipts from previous owner for servicing and various routine work carried out on the vehicle.Paid for the car, Lee then sorted tax and change of ownership. Car came with a long MOT and took the option of extended warranty, which is reasonably priced. I dont live near Peterborough, so delivery was also arranged. Whole process took less than 2 hours. There was an issue with parking senors after a couple of weeks but Lee sorted a local mobile electrician to come and assess the fault and replace them, all done without me having to go anywhere!Moved to the UK recently enough and wish Id known about this place earlier. Wasted a lot of time at other car dealerships having various experiences. Some places could do with being schooled by how these guys operate! Hassle free transaction at its finest, thanks
